Basic Information Homeowner statements are mailed to homeowners one week before the first day of the month in which they are due. Generally monthly assessments are "due" on the first day of the month, and "late" after a grace period, which is different for each association (the 15th for most associations). Assessments are made payable to the association and mailed directly to the bank: First Bank P.O. Box 15010 Vallejo, CA 94591-1910
If you should have a need to mail your payment overnight, the bank's physical address is: First Bank ABS Lockbox, 112 Springstowne Center, Vallejo, CA 94591. To make sure your account is credited accurately, put your account number in the memo of your check. If you would like your payment automatically withdrawn, contact Nancy our bookkeeper, below, or download the auto-debit form in the previous column. New mailing address for Anchor Community Management: P.O. Box 3237, Camarillo, CA 93011-3237. (We didn't move, we just got a bigger box. Mail still received at the old Box 2310 also, for now.) Anchor Community Management is located at 315 Arneill Road #204, Camarillo, CA 93010.
Our office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday (we are generally closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00 pm), 9:00 am - 2:00 pm on Friday. It is best to make an appointment: (805) 388-3848. Association Web Pages Not all Anchor associations have a personalized web page - it is done at the request of the Board of Directors (for a one time very reasonable set-up fee! We do not charge a monthly maintenance fee). If you would like to see your Association here, talk to your Board.
