Basic Information

Homeowner statements are mailed to homeowners one week before the first day of the month in which they are due.  Generally monthly assessments are "due" on the first day of the month, and "late" after a grace period, which is different for each association (the 15th for most associations).  Assessments are made payable to the association and mailed directly to the bank:

HOA ONLINE PAY - www.firstbankHOA.com

HOA Online Pay is available to unit owners whose homeowners association is using First Bank's Lockbox Service.  This service enables unit owners to make assessment payments online.  After registering for HOA Online Pay you will be able to:

  •    Make a one-time assessment payment

  •    Schedule future payments up to 12 months in advance

  •    Enter and update bank account and contact information

  •    Check the status of a scheduled payment or review previous HOA Online Pay payments

Have your monthly statement ready, and check it out!

 

If you should have a need to mail your payment overnight, the bank's physical address is: First Bank ABS Lockbox, 112 Springstowne Center, Vallejo, CA 94591.

To make sure your account is credited accurately, put your account number in the memo of your check.  If you would like your payment automatically withdrawn, contact Nancy our bookkeeper, below, or download the auto-debit form in the previous column.

Not all Anchor associations have a personalized web page - it is done at the request of the Board of Directors (for a one time very reasonable set-up fee! We do not charge a monthly maintenance fee).  If you would like to see your Association here, talk to your Board.
