Association Insurance

individual homes.
The Association recommends you employ only appropriately
licensed and insured
contractors.
Add yourself to the Viña del Mar email list. You will
receive notices of Board meeting date changes, etc. Your email
will be kept strictly private and will not be sold or shared with
anyone.

Go Paperless! You can now
receive some of the larger mailings from the Association in your inbox, rather than your mailbox.

must be signed and sent in via mail, fax or email.
Mailbox Keys:
If you were not home during the
mailbox installation, you may retrieve the
keys from Anchor Community Management at 215 E. Daily Drive, Ste.
10 (across from Marie Callender's by Best Western) M-Th, 9am -5pm, closed
12-1 for lunch. They are open Fridays from 9am – 2pm (no
lunch).
Keys will not be distributed to
tenants unless owners provide Anchor with written authorization
to do so. This may be done via email (info@anchorcommunitymgt.com),
fax or regular mail. For your security, no hand-delivered
notes with the tenant, nor unregistered tenants
(registration form above);
notification must be received independently. Any person
picking up keys will be required to produce identification and
sign for the keys.
Once the keys to the mailboxes
have been retrieved, we strongly recommend that you have an
extra set of keys made ASAP in the event that you or your tenant
loses the keys. Management and the HOA will not have extra sets
of keys available for owners!
