Surfside I Association Board Meetings: The third Wednesday of each month, 5:30 pm, in the clubhouse. July Board meeting cancelled due to lack of quorum. Annual Meeting: October Cost of replacement keys: Pool keys are $10. Pedestrian gate keys are $50 Monthly Assessments: $383 (as of 1/1/2010), due on the 1st, late after the 15th. Pay online, see link below. Insurance Agent: Steve Reich Insurance, 805-379-5159. Insurance is for common area elements only, homeowners should carry insurance on their unit. The Association recommends you employ only appropriately licensed and insured contractors.
Have your Surfside dues debited directly from your bank account. Have an account statement handy.
