Annual Meeting: October Cost of replacement keys: Pool keys are $10. Pedestrian gate keys are $50 Monthly Assessments: $383 (as of 1/1/2010), due on the 1st, late after the 15th. Pay online, see link below. Insurance Agent: Steve Reich Insurance, 805-379-5159. Insurance is for common area elements only, homeowners should carry insurance on their unit. The Association recommends you employ only appropriately licensed and insured contractors.
