Surfside I Association

Board Meetings: Normally scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month.  Check here for updates close to the meeting date.

Next regular Board meeting, Thursday, February 16, 6:30 pm, (new time) in the clubhouse. 

Special Meeting to discuss mansard siding design, Wednesday, February 8, 6:30 pm

Annual Meeting: October

Cost of replacement keys: Pool keys are $10. Pedestrian gate keys are $50

Monthly Assessments: $410, (as of 1/1/12) due on the 1st, late after the 15th.  Pay online, see link to the right.

Insurance Agent: Steve Reich Insurance, 805-379-5159.  Insurance is for common area elements only, homeowners should carry insurance on their unit.

The Association recommends you employ only appropriately licensed and insured contractors.

Homeowner statements are mailed to homeowners one week before the first day of the month in which they are due.  Monthly assessments are due on the first day of the month, and late after a grace period, (the 15th of each month).
