Construction Repair Project Check here throughout project for useful information. Projected Time-Line - updated June 2009 New Railing - Letter from the Board and Photos From Our Construction Consultant, Design Build: Building 3101: The scaffolding has been completed and structural repair has started on the entry side of the building, as well as the side that faces the park. The replacement of the sliding glass doors and windows has also started on those two walls. The stucco removal is continuing around the water side end of the building. Building 2901: The replacement of the windows and sliding glass doors has been completed. The installation of the siding will be completed this week. The painting of the stucco and siding has started. The roof replacement will start sometime between now and the first of July, weather permitting. The repair work continues to proceed smoothly and is on schedule and within the budget. Many thanks to those of you who have been very cooperative regarding the times the crews have needed to have access to your units for one thing or another. That has allowed the schedule to proceed smoothly. As always, Design Build Associates, as your construction manager is available to answer any concerns that you may have.
