Anchor Community Management, Inc., was started by Colleen Scott, and is duly formed and registered in the County of Ventura.

Anchor Community Management is dedicated to the professional management of homeowner associations.  We don't sell real estate as some other management companies do.  When the real estate market is hot, the management of your association becomes a low priority to them.  We don't handle rentals either as that takes too much time away from managing associations.  Our only business is the management of your homeowner association.
